Had a good chat with an old friend the other night. We discussed my idea of me joining the military. The plan was to join the Navy. We got to talking about it a bit more, his side was more on the don’t join, rather than the “oh, it’ll be good for you” side. Reason being that because he felt, as others have told me, that I have a greater potential. And it doesn’t lie in the military. The biggest thing was when we started comparing this all to our friend who is in the Army, and loves every bit of it. My Army friend is one who wakes up every morning and the first thing on his mind is the Army, and how much he loves it. Though the benefits of the Navy may be great and all, that isn’t me. I don’t wake up every morning about start thinking about the Navy. And what it could do for me, or I for it. I start thinking about my college career and where the fuck I plan on going with it. Maybe the Navy isn’t for me. Maybe I shouldn’t make such a rational decision and join the Navy. Though I am, and will always be a major supporter of the Military and what it stands for. But, I just don’t think it’s for me.
My buddy Tepi is the owner of a small business that is pretty well known called Store13, check them and see if you find something you might like.
I still want these.
That time I took a vacation to Hawaii for a week with my girlfriend. We went to our friends Wedding and spent a week out there. This is a photo of myself jumping off of Waimea Bay’s massive cliff. That was the biggest rush I had ever felt in my life.
